• 4+ years of commercial experience in Full Stack or Backend engineering
• Strong hands-on experience with Python and TypeScript
• Proven ability to build clean, scalable, and maintainable systems
• Product-first mindset - you care about users as much as code quality
• Thrives in a fully remote, collaborative, high-performance team

• Experience with high-throughput or distributed systems
• Deep understanding of authentication, identity, or developer tooling
