We’re hiring a Group Product Manager to lead Onboarding Co-Pilot, a new, strategic product area within Growth.
Your mission: reinvent how creators experience Manychat from day one.
Onboarding Co-Pilot will be a GenAI-powered, chat-based interface that guides creators from first touch to first value — helping them understand what to build, why it matters, and how to succeed, all through a conversational, personalized experience.
This role is about activation, time-to-value, and confidence — turning setup from a hurdle into a growth engine.
You’ll define the vision, lead execution from 0→1, and build a team as this area scales.

- Define the long-term vision for Onboarding Co-Pilot as a core Growth product
- Identify how GenAI and chat-based UX can reduce friction, personalize guidance, and accelerate time-to-value
- Partner closely with Growth leadership to align onboarding strategy with acquisition, activation, and retention goals

- Take Onboarding Co-Pilot from concept → MVP → scaled adoption
- Design conversational onboarding flows that adapt to creator intent, skill level, and use case
- Ship fast, learn fast, and iterate based on real user behavior
- Own activation and onboarding KPIs (e.g. activation rate, time-to-first automation, retention lift)
- Use experiments, cohorts, and qualitative insight to continuously improve outcomes
- Ensure onboarding doesn’t just educate — it drives meaningful business results for creators
- Work hand-in-hand with Engineering, Design, Data, and Growth to build intuitive, lightweight, AI-powered experiences
- Partner with platform and core product teams to integrate onboarding seamlessly into the Manychat ecosystem
- Start hands-on, then hire, coach, and mentor PMs as Onboarding Co-Pilot grows into a dedicated product pillar
- 7+ years of Product Management experience, with 2+ years leading teams or multiple product areas
- Strong background in PLG SaaS, Growth, or Activation-focused product work
- Proven success shipping 0→1 products and scaling them to meaningful adoption
- Experience designing guided, opinionated, or conversational user experiences
- Solid understanding of GenAI / LLM-powered products, including personalization and human-in-the-loop systems
- Track record of tying product work to activation, engagement, or retention metrics
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity with a strong bias for action
- Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder alignment skills
- Passion for creating simple, confident, and delightful first-time user experiences
