Job Description

About the Role

We’re looking for a technically exceptional Senior Full-Stack Web Developer with deep expertise in Next.js, TypeScript, and React, and a strong generalist mindset across the modern web stack.

You’re equally comfortable architecting solutions, shipping high-quality production code, and discussing trade-offs with clients and colleagues. While your core strength lies in building robust, high-performance web applications, you also take responsibility for the broader system: security, performance, accessibility, deployment, caching, and operational excellence.

As part of our growing tech team, you’ll play a central role in shaping our Next.js and modern web platform capabilities. You’ll work closely with clients, strategists, designers, and fellow developers to deliver digital experiences that are not only elegant and fast, but resilient, scalable, and maintainable.

Our clients are diverse, ranging from theme parks to pension companies, and their needs span websites, customer portals, integration services and bespoke product development. We support with everything from design, to development, to analytics and marketing technology.

Your role will primarily work on web projects developing modern, scalable experiences. Beyond hands-on development, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Shape the strategic direction of our modern web and frontend architecture practice
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients
  • Influence our internal development standards, tooling, and best practices
  • Help upskill the team and mentor other developers

At NoA Ignite, our compact and highly skilled team spans creative, tech, and data disciplines, giving you the chance to work on diverse, end-to-end solutions where your impact is clearly felt.

What We’re Looking For

Core Technical Excellence

  • Deep, hands-on expertise with Next.js, React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript
  • Strong understanding of rendering strategies (SSR, SSG, ISR, streaming, edge rendering)
  • Ability to architect and build scalable, maintainable, and testable web applications
  • Experience designing clean component architectures and shared design systems
  • Comfort working across the full stack when needed — APIs, data fetching, and integrations

Platform, Performance & Quality

  • Strong focus on performance engineering (Core Web Vitals, bundle optimization, caching strategies)
  • Solid understanding of web security (auth flows, OWASP risks, secure deployments)
  • Commitment to accessibility (WCAG, semantic HTML, inclusive UX)
  • Experience with caching layers, CDN strategies, and edge platforms
  • Confidence owning production systems and improving them over time

Deployment, CI/CD & DevOps Mindset

  • Experience with modern deployment pipelines and CI/CD
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Vercel, Azure, or similar hosting environments
  • Understanding of infrastructure concerns: environments, secrets, monitoring, and observability
  • Pragmatic DevOps mindset — you don’t need to be a specialist, but you take responsibility

Client-Facing Communication

  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance
  • Confidence participating in workshops, technical discussions, and client collaboration
  • Proactive mindset in identifying risks, opportunities, and best-fit solutions
  • Comfortable balancing technical excellence with business realities

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Experience mentoring or supporting the growth of other developers
  • A generalist, can-do attitude — happy to step outside your comfort zone when needed
  • Curiosity for emerging technologies and enthusiasm for continuous learning
  • Pride in building outstanding user experiences on solid technical foundations

  • .NET / C#
  • REST APIs (sometimes GraphQL if justified)

  • Umbraco, Sanity, Uniform

We combine strategic thinking, creative passion, and technical expertise to help clients build meaningful digital products and services.

What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation based on experience and impact
  • A modern office in central Copenhagen (near Kongens Nytorv)
  • Daily lunch in our in-house café
  • Regular social events and activities
  • Flexible work environment with hybrid options
  • Professional growth opportunities, including certifications and conferences
  • An inclusive, supportive culture that values diversity and different perspectives
