Key Job Elements (Essential Functions Performed):
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models that power business decision-making across the organization using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.
- Develop robust data pipelines, transformations, and semantic models to ensure accuracy, scalability, and long-term maintainability.
- Partner with Data Engineering and IT teams to ensure data sources are reliable, well-structured, and optimized for analytics performance.
- Lead initiatives to enhance data storage, organization, and utilization to drive sales growth and optimize inventory management.
- Respond to ad hoc data requests and conduct in-depth analyses to support business needs.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of system data, identifying and resolving discrepancies as needed.
- Be a key member of special projects such as SOX compliance and ITIL reporting, exploratory data analyses, and process improvement efforts.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support business objectives.

- University degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Power BI development and administration; Fabric experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of SQL on cloud services such as Snowflake or Azure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Experience with data manipulation and visualization tools such as Python preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights effectively to stakeholders.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions in uncertain environments.
- Experience with SIOP key performance indicators, GitHub, and/or Power Automate would be differentiators, but not required.
- Examples of Power BI development work are requested.
