Role Summary
This role is based in Manila, Philippines (fully remote) and works closely with Netherlands-based European stakeholders. Senior Software Developer/Engineer is a hands-on contributors responsible for delivering high-quality, scalable software while supporting the Technical Lead in design, implementation, and code quality enforcement.

What This Role Owns
- Feature-level design and implementation
- Code quality, testing, and maintainability
- Complex development tasks and refactors
- Supporting and guiding Medior Developers
Key Responsibilities
- Develop production-quality code using Node.js, React, PostgreSQL, and AWS
- Own complex features, integrations, and performance-sensitive components
- Participate actively in design discussions and code reviews
- Troubleshoot and resolve non-trivial technical issues
- Maintain high standards for testing and documentation
Required Skills & Experience
- 5–8+ years of software development experience
