Head of Product

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Head of Product - REMOTE. This role is crucial as it involves leading the product vision, strategy, and execution to ensure customer adoption and drive revenue growth. You will manage all aspects of the product lifecycle while collaborating closely with engineering and sales teams. The ideal candidate will play both a strategic and hands-on role, mentoring team members while being accountable for product delivery and performance. You will establish a product organization capable of scaling and thriving in a dynamic environment.

Accountabilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap.
• Align product direction with company growth and customer success goals.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain differentiation.
• Manage and mentor a Product Manager and Designer.
• Partner with Engineering to deliver reliable and user-friendly product releases.
• Synthesize customer feedback into actionable product direction.
• Own pricing strategies to align product value with revenue growth.
• Establish product analytics and reporting to track adoption and ROI.
  
  

Requirements

• 6–10 years in B2B SaaS product management, with 3+ years in a product leadership role.
