Creative Director for E-Commerce (Remote - PH)
Overview

We're looking for a Creative Director to shape and elevate our visual identity across all channels, lead creative strategy and inspire a team to produce design that converts and captivates.

Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the creative vision and visual identity across all brands and products
- Lead, mentor and develop the design team to deliver exceptional work
- Oversee all Amazon creative including image stacks, A+ content and storefronts to maximise conversion
- Direct visual development for new product design from concept through to market
- Establish and maintain brand guidelines, design systems and quality standards
- Review and approve all creative assets before publication
- Champion the use of AI tools to accelerate workflows and push creative boundaries
- Stay ahead of design trends, competitor activity and emerging platforms to keep our brands at the forefront
- Manage creative resources, timelines and priorities across multiple projects

Requirements
- 5+ years design experience with at least 2 years in a leadership or art direction role
- Portfolio Required: Evidence of brand development, team leadership and commercial creative work
- Expert proficiency in Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience with AI design tools such as Midjourney, Gemini or similar
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing creative teams
- Strategic thinker who can translate business objectives into compelling creative
- Excellent eye for detail with high standards for quality and consistency
- Data-informed approach to creative decisions and optimisation
- Good communication and presentation skills
