Responsibilities:
- Define, develop, and iterate on the strategic roadmap in alignment with Warcraft’s long-term vision and annual goals in collaboration with Blizzard and team partners.
- Ensure OKRs, annual operating plans, and long-range plans are created on time, consistently updated as a live document, coherent and consistently followed.
- Drive high-quality strategic thinking across teams, departments, and leadership levels in alignment with the Executive producer – or being her voice when she is absent.

- Drive operational excellence through forecasting alongside our finance and product management teams as well as supporting prioritization, estimation, planning, and cost management.
- Act as the connective tissue between Warcraft and our internal teams (Dev, Product Management, HR, Finance, Tech Ops, Battle.net, BD) as well as external stakeholders.
