This remote role will own creative strategy, art direction, and cross-channel execution to elevate product and brand experiences across digital and demand-generation touchpoints.

Role & Responsibilities
- Define and lead creative strategy across product, marketing, and customer communications—ensuring cohesive brand and visual language for enterprise healthcare audiences.
- Provide art direction and hands-on design oversight for digital products, marketing campaigns, sales enablement, and thought-leadership assets.
- Translate complex healthcare analytics into intuitive visual narratives, data visualizations, and UX that drive user understanding and adoption.
- Build and maintain scalable design systems, component libraries, and brand guidelines to ensure consistency across channels.
- Hire, mentor, and manage a distributed creative team and external vendors; set quality standards, review processes, and delivery timelines.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to prioritize initiatives, scope creative work, and measure creative impact on engagement and conversion.

- Proven track record leading creative design and art direction for B2B SaaS or healthcare-technology products and campaigns.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma for high-fidelity design, prototyping, and production asset delivery.
- Experience building and governing design systems, component libraries, and brand guidelines.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating product UI, data visualization, marketing creative, and motion assets.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Marketing in a fast-paced remote environment.
- Experience managing external agencies, vendors, and freelance talent through production cycles.
- Experience in healthcare analytics, life sciences, or enterprise data products.
- Motion design and compositing skills using After Effects or similar tools.
- Experience measuring creative impact through analytics and conversion metrics.
