About the Role
We build product in a highly modern, hands-on way. Product Managers don’t just write specs — they actively build, experiment, and ship alongside engineers. We move fast, iterate continuously, and use modern tools (including Cursor and AI-assisted development) to turn ideas into production quickly. This is an almost-fully-remote role with occasional meetups in Düsseldorf (2-4x monthly).
We’re looking for a Product Manager who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys ambiguity, and wants deep ownership of both product outcomes and execution.
What You’ll Do
- Own product areas end-to-end, from discovery through delivery and iteration
- Build directly in the product using modern tools and AI-assisted workflows
- Collaborate closely with Engineers and Designers in small, empowered teams
- Translate customer problems into shipped solutions, not just documents
- Drive rapid experimentation, validation, and iteration
- Make pragmatic product decisions balancing speed, quality, and impact
- Continuously refine product scope based on real usage and feedback
