Senior Brand Designer

The Senior Brand Designer role focuses on leading visual design for the marketing website and web design system, collaborating across teams to ensure brand clarity and consistency.

Responsibilities:

• Lead visual design execution for the marketing website and landing pages from concept to final delivery

• Design, evolve, and maintain the web design system in Figma, creating components, patterns, and layouts

• Translate brand strategy, messaging, and complex concepts into clear web experiences

• Partner with marketing to support campaigns, launches, and ongoing website improvements

• Collaborate with product designers and engineers to maintain consistency between web and product design systems

• Work with engineers or external development partners to ensure high-quality design implementation

• Manage projects independently, incorporating feedback and maintaining high design standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience building visual brand at tech companies

• Strong portfolio demonstrating website and digital-first design work

• Expertise in typography, layout, hierarchy, and composition for the web

• Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including component systems and design libraries

• Experience contributing to or maintaining design systems

• Strong critical thinking and visual storytelling skills

• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating cross-functionally

• Strong written communication skills in a documentation-first environment

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite

• Illustration skills (vector and UI illustration)

• Motion design skills are a plus

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field not required if experience and portfolio demonstrate strong craft

Compensation:

• Base salary for this role is $90,000 to $125,000
