Key Responsibilities
• Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot network infrastructure across multiple client environments.
• Configure, maintain, and support firewalls, routers, switches, and VPN solutions.
• Provide expertise in cloud computing (Microsoft 365, Azure, or similar).
• Deliver remote IT support to field engineers across various time zones.
• Maintain documentation, implement best practices, and ensure high levels of service availability.
