AI Full-Stack Developer

We’re hiring a high-caliber AI Full-Stack Developer to build and scale production-grade Generative AI systems for one of a family of five leading international organizations dedicated to supporting and accelerating development in emerging and developing countries.

This role sits at the intersection of GenAI, system design, and real-world impact—ideal for engineers who enjoy shipping meaningful AI solutions, not just prototypes.

What You’ll Do

• Design and implement end-to-end GenAI workflows, from retrieval to generation to delivery
• Build RAG-based systems using embedding models and vector databases

• Transform LLM-generated outputs into structured, high-quality, user-ready documents
• Collaborate across backend and frontend layers to deliver polished product experiences
• Clearly document complex architectures and technical decisions

What We’re Looking For

• Strong proficiency in Python, including libraries such as python-docx and scikit-learn
• Hands-on experience with RAG architectures, vector databases, and embeddings
• Solid grounding in AI/ML fundamentals with real production exposure
• Comfort working across the full stack when required
• Experience in product-based environments with a strong engineering culture

Nice to Have

• Frontend or full-stack development exposure
• Experience building AI-driven document pipelines or automation systems
