This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Pessoa Product Manager Sênior – Gestão de Pessoas (HCM) in Brazil.

As a Senior Product Manager for HCM, you will lead the evolution of a critical HR platform that automates complex personnel processes, ensuring scalability, usability, and compliance. You will define the product strategy and roadmap, transforming manual workflows into integrated digital solutions that support employee lifecycle management. Collaborating closely with design, engineering, and cross-functional teams, you will deliver high-value features that enhance client satisfaction and retention. Your work will directly influence adoption, engagement, and operational efficiency while driving strategic growth. Accountabilities

  • Define and lead the product strategy and roadmap for critical HR processes, ensuring adoption, engagement, and reliability
  • Evolve modules supporting the employee lifecycle (e.g., absences, vacations, terminations), balancing regulatory compliance with usability and automation
  • Collaborate closely with Design and Engineering to deliver scalable, intuitive solutions for businesses, managers, and employees
  • Measure and track product success metrics, using usage data and feedback to drive continuous improvement and retention
  • Anticipate regulatory, technical, and UX risks, ensuring trust and compliance for organizations of varying sizes and sectors
  • Work with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to drive go-to-market strategies, adoption, and platform retention
  • Engage with clients and internal stakeholders, translating needs into product opportunities and reinforcing a multi-product vision
  • Take end-to-end ownership of complex initiatives, managing them autonomously and involving stakeholders as needed

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in SaaS B2B or complex/regulatory products
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking, capable of balancing long-term priorities with tactical scope decisions
  • Customer-focused mindset, able to understand HR and payroll processes and translate them into scalable digital solutions
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills to create clarity in ambiguous scenarios and engage senior stakeholders
  • Proactive, hands-on, and results-driven, thriving in high-paced and dynamic environments
  • Experience defining and monitoring product KPIs, linking deliveries to measurable business impact
