About the role
We are looking for a (Senior) Business Data Analyst to take end-to-end ownership of data and analytics initiatives, from early problem framing to delivery and adoption, starting April-May 2026.
You’ll work closely with customers to turn complex questions into smart, actionable solutions - whether through dashboards, prototypes, or full-scale products. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting business and tech, spotting opportunities in data, and driving real impact.
In this role you will
- Own or support analytics and data-driven initiatives end-to-end, including problem definition, solution design, prioritization, delivery, and stakeholder alignment.
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate ambiguous or high-level needs into clear analytical approaches and tangible outcomes.
- Deep dive into large and complex datasets, ensuring data quality, integrity, and usability, using appropriate data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python), web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Webtrends), cloud services (e.g., Azure, GCP, AWS), and BI solutions (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Looker).
- Identify opportunities where data, advanced analytics, or automation can meaningfully improve business processes or unlock new value.
- Participate in or guide or the transition of prototypes, PoCs, or PoVs into reliable, maintainable production solutions in collaboration with Data Engineers and Data Scientists.
- Contribute to the design of data pipelines, analytical models, and GenAI-enabled solutions where appropriate, with a focus on business relevance.
- Anticipate customer and stakeholder needs, challenge assumptions with data, and ensure solutions are adopted and understood.
- Share knowledge and best practices with peers and junior colleagues; at senior level, actively mentor others and support their development.
- Continuously assess new tools, technologies, and methodologies for their practical value, and contribute to project planning and business case development.
What skills should you have?
Required experience and skills
- Typically 2-5+years of experience delivering data, analytics, or business intelligence solutions, with increasing ownership and stakeholder responsibility.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with complex and large datasets
- Experience translating business problems into analytical solutions that influence decisions and outcomes
- Hands-on experience working in cloud-based analytics environments (e.g., Azure, GCP, AWS) and modern BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Clear communication skills and comfort working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
