Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven SEO Audit & Performance Analyst to ensure the technical health, quality compliance, and cost efficiency of our SEO operations. This role is responsible for auditing SEO deliverables, validating vendor performance, and controlling both external and internal SEO-related costs to maximize return on investment (ROI).
The position plays a critical role in safeguarding SEO quality standards while protecting
company budgets through rigorous analysis and governance.
This is a full-time position based in Dubai and requires relocation.
Key Responsibilities:
SEO Technical & System Audit
- Audit website technical health in line with current Google algorithms and Technical SEO best practices.
- Review and classify SEO work categories (Link Building, Content, Entity, Technical SEO,
- etc.) according to internal standards.
- Audit category and sub-category data structures to ensure accurate reporting and prevent data discrepancies.
- Independently verify the authenticity and quality of vendor deliverables before acceptance.

Cost Control & Budget Management
- Benchmark vendor pricing against market rates and performance outcomes to identify and eliminate inefficient spending.
- Review vendor acceptance reports to ensure transparency, accuracy, and cost justification.
- Monitor internal SEO-related costs, including salaries, tools, and operational expenses, to ensure adherence to approved budgets.
Performance & ROI Audit
- Conduct regular technical scans to detect SEO issues and risks.
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, and performance fluctuations.
- Analyze the relationship between SEO investment and actual performance growth across different SEO categories.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve ROI and operational efficiency.
Job Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Google algorithms and advanced Technical SEO standards.
- Proven hands-on experience in SEO auditing (preferably with agency background or SEO project management experience).
- High financial and analytical acumen with the ability to interpret acceptance reports and cost data.
- Proficient in Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, GA4.
- Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets, particularly with large datasets and complex formulas.
- Strong attention to detail, integrity, and a firm mindset toward budget protection.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate findings clearly and challenge inefficiencies when necessary.
- Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken).
