This role offers a hands-on opportunity to support and influence all aspects of HR within a fast-growing, innovative environment. You will act as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership, driving programs that enhance employee engagement, streamline HR processes, and ensure compliance with employment laws. The position involves managing benefits administration, employee relations, onboarding and offboarding, and performance management initiatives. You will also contribute to policy development, coaching, and training programs while collaborating with colleagues across multiple geographies. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and enjoys building relationships that make a meaningful impact on company culture and organizational effectiveness. This is a fully remote, contract position.
Accountabilities
- Act as a strategic partner to managers and employees on HR matters including performance management, goal setting, and employee feedback
- Manage day-to-day employee relations, including conflict resolution and coaching
- Oversee benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and HR-related compliance processes
- Coordinate training and development initiatives across the organization
- Manage leave requests and ensure adherence to US labor laws and policies
- Provide guidance on compensation administration and HR systems management
- Support global HR operations including US immigration inquiries outside APAC hours

- 7–10 years of HR experience with strong expertise in benefits, employee relations, and performance management
- Experience in SaaS or technology companies, ideally within healthcare or health tech
- Proven ability to support and collaborate with global teams across multiple geographies
- Hands-on experience with HRIS/payroll systems such as ADP for payroll and performance management functions
- Solid understanding of US employment laws and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP) preferred
