What You’ll Be Building

As our Full Stack AI Developer, you’ll work across the stack while deeply integrating AI systems into production:

AI Architecture & Backend

• Build scalable agent frameworks
• Deploy RAG pipelines, vector DBs, embeddings & retrieval logic

• Fine-tune, evaluate & optimise LLM performance
• Construct real-time inference pipelines + cloud GPU orchestration

Frontend & Product

• Ship clean, modern UI using Next.js, React, TypeScript
• Build dashboards, workflows, chat interfaces & admin tools
• Translate complex AI behaviour into simple, elegant UX

Systems & Infrastructure

• Own deployments across AWS/GCP/Vercel
• Implement observability, logging, and metrics
• Automate workflows, testing, and CI/CD

What We’re Looking For

You’re not just “good at coding.”

You’re someone who thinks, experiments, iterates and wants to build something people use daily.

• Strong experience in Next.js, React, TypeScript
• Deep backend experience (Node, Python, APIs, microservices)
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, embeddings, RAG, agents, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar
• Ability to design & ship clean UI (no Figma babysitting)
• Knows how to move fast without breaking the fundamentals
• Loves solving hard problems with smart engineering
• Thrives in high-ownership, high-autonomy environments
