Brand Expression Designer


Inwork is a design-led agency creating cohesive brand experiences for CPG brands. Our work spans packaging, D-commerce, in-store, social, influencer, and owned digital channels—connecting every expression into a unified brand ecosystem. We translate strategy into high-quality, real-world design that moves seamlessly from concept through execution.


We’re seeking a Brand Expression Designer to help translate brand strategy into compelling, consistent visual expression—across both client brand ecosystems and the Inwork brand itself.


The Role

The Brand Expression Designer is responsible for defining how brands show up in the world. This role bridges brand strategy and execution—ensuring ideas translate into cohesive, scalable design across channels.

You will support client brand ecosystems while also playing a key role in developing Inwork’s marketing and brand materials, ensuring our external presence reflects the same level of craft, clarity, and consistency we deliver to our clients.

This role blends system thinking, hands-on design, and brand stewardship.


What You’ll Do

Brand Expression & Systems

·      Translate brand strategy and positioning into clear, flexible visual expression systems

·      Define how brand elements behave across formats—not just what they look like

·      Establish and evolve rules for typography, color, layout, imagery, and motion where applicable

·      Balance consistency with flexibility to support fast-moving launches and campaigns

Client Brand Ecosystems

·      Support active client brand ecosystems across packaging, campaign key visuals, social assets, influencer kits, and retail

·      Ensure design intent remains intact from concept through production

·      Adapt and extend existing brand systems without diluting brand equity

·      Collaborate closely with senior designers, creative directors, and production partners

·      Move fluidly between concept development, refinement, and execution as priorities shift

Inwork Brand & Marketing Materials

·      Develop and maintain Inwork’s visual expression across marketing and business development materials

·      Design high-quality presentations, sales tools, case studies, website visuals, and thought-leadership assets

·      Support brand storytelling initiatives that clearly communicate Inwork’s value and positioning

·      Act as a steward of the Inwork brand, ensuring consistency, clarity, and craft across all external-facing materials


What We’re Looking For

·      5+ years of experience in brand and multi-channel design

·      Strong understanding of brand systems and how they scale across channels

·      Experience working with CPG brands (personal care, food & beverage, or tech a plus)

·      Comfort designing across multiple formats and platforms

·      A strong visual point of view paired with system-level thinking

·      Ability to manage multiple workstreams and shifting priorities


Tools & Skills

·      Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects required). Premier Pro a plus.

·      Presentation and Motion Graphics (Keynote or Pitch and Figma required)

·      Experience working on Mac

·      Familiarity with AI-assisted tools (e.g., Midjourney, Firefly, Flora, or similar) for early exploration and visualization
