Job Title: Plumbing Project Manager

Location: St. Petersburg , FL (Monday – Thursday, optional remote Friday)

Employment Type: Fulltime

Pay Range : $90k – 130k/yr

Must Have Requirements:

• 5-15 years of similar project experience:
• New construction, multifamily high-rise mechanical and/or plumbing
• Could be open to people with hospital experience, but would prefer high-rise experience
• Similar project size experience
• Our current plumbing projects are extremely large-scale high rises, such as Pendry: 38 story buildings, $10-20 million value, 2-4 years long
• Looking for a leader
• They have a PM and 3 APM’s and are looking for someone that is a leader and can provide guidance

Position Responsibilities

• Manage all business aspects of multiple concurrent Mechanical projects and ensure financial targets are met while maintaining established quality standards
• Supervise and mentor project managers, assistant project managers and project engineers on the project team

• Support and directly manage field supervisors including training, scheduling, and employee performance reviews
• Actively maintain customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and quality of service
• Manage all activities associated with materials, budgeting, and production for assigned project(s)
• Plan and schedule resources to meet project milestones
• Act as liaison with the customer and project staff to properly identify and process scope changes, address issues, communicate regarding project milestones, etc.
• Manage project related correspondence and documents through designated document management systems
• Ensure adherence to standards of quality, safety, and best practices

Here’s What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 10 years of related project management experience with a mechanical/plumbing contractor required within the commercial, high-rise or multi-family residential construction sector
• Extensive knowledge and ability to read and interpret plans of Mechanical HVAC systems used in large-scale construction projects including VRF/VRF, DX Split, Water Source Heat Pumps, Chilled Water, and duct work.
• Ability to multi-task in a high volume, fast-paced work environment with tight deadlines
• Commitment to providing responsive, top-tier customer service
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized, detailed-oriented, and efficient
• Ability to travel (up to 25%)
• Computer proficiency, particularly with the MS Office suite

• Experience with Oracle (or other formalized project management software) and Accubid (or other estimating software) preferred
• Experience with remote project management (with only occasional visits to job site) preferred
