Technical Business Analyst for Banking Compliance Projects

🎯 Mission

We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst for a banking client based in Geneva. The mission consists of performing IT technical analysis activities on banking compliance projects, in close collaboration with Compliance, IT teams and external solution vendors.

🛠️ Main Responsibilities

-Perform technical analysis on Compliance and Regulatory IT projects.

-Work on topics related to client risk scoring, screening, AML and anti-money laundering.

-Contribute to regulatory reporting, automatic exchange of information, MiFID and EMIR -initiatives.

-Participate in the integration and evolution of Compliance platforms.

-Produce technical analyses and contribute to testing and validation phases.

-Execute and analyse SQL queries to ensure data quality and consistency.

-Develop or maintain scripts and technical components (JavaScript, Python, Ansible, etc.).

-Collaborate closely with IT, Compliance teams and external partners.

-Provide operational support and participate in stand-by / on-call duties.

🎓 Required Profile

-Between 8 and 12 years of professional experience.

-Mandatory experience in banking or financial services.

-Strong experience on Compliance and Regulatory IT projects.

-Highly technical profile with strong IT analytical skills.

-Solid understanding of banking processes ideally related to: AML / anti-money laundering / Client risk scoring and screening / Payment flows.

-Comfortable working on critical and regulated applications.

📍 Geneva (no full remote - Relocalisation possible)

💼 Long-term contract

Swiss residency is mandatory (Relocation can be considered)

On-call / stand-by duty required
