This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Principal Product Manager - Technical in United States.

This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the strategy and architecture of a next-generation, AI-powered platform from the ground up. You will act as the single-threaded owner for a critical domain, collaborating closely with engineering, AI/ML, design, and research teams to deliver scalable, intelligent, and context-aware product experiences. Your work will define technical architecture, data models, APIs, and integration points while ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. You will engage directly with stakeholders to validate pain points and refine solutions, guiding the platform from zero to fully realized capabilities. This position combines technical leadership, product strategy, and hands-on execution in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Accountabilities

  • Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a foundational capability within a next-generation AI platform.
  • Define technical architecture, data models, APIs, and system components to enable scalable, context-aware product experiences.
  • Collaborate with AI/ML teams to integrate semantic search, LLM-powered assistants, personalization, and classification systems.
  • Write technical narratives, PRFAQs, and documentation to align senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Engage directly with customers, analysts, and partners to validate requirements and iterate toward product-market fit.
  • Define success metrics, implement telemetry, and use experimentation to drive continuous learning and optimization.
  • Serve as the single-threaded owner for your domain, mentoring peers and elevating standards across the organization.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience, with 4+ years in a technical or platform-focused role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical experience.
  • Proven track record of shipping zero-to-two products or scaling platform capabilities in ambiguous, high-accountability environments.
  • Deep technical fluency, with the ability to influence architecture, API design, and system trade-offs.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of influencing VP- and SVP-level stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives spanning engineering, data science, design, and research.
  • Strong customer orientation and experience driving adoption, engagement, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Preferred: experience building AI/ML-powered products, knowledge graph design, semantic modeling, or enterprise data platforms.
