Manager, Network Management & Operations - Sayre, PA

About the Role:

  • Lead the daily operations of a large enterprise network supporting clinical, business, and communication systems.
  • Oversee network infrastructure across routers, switches, wireless controllers, access points, firewalls, and network appliances.
  • Drive network strategy, lifecycle management, service continuity, and compliance programs (JCAHO, HIPAA, HITRUST).
  • Guide initiatives in network automation, monitoring, patch management, application delivery, and cloud computing.
  • Collaborate with IT leadership to define standards, implement best practices, and support long‑term tech planning.
  • Manage and mentor technical staff while maintaining a high‑availability, 24/7 enterprise environment.

Ideal Background:

  • 5-7+ years in IT/network management with experience supporting large or multi‑level organizations.
  • Strong expertise in network architecture, automation, cloud (Azure preferred), and enterprise‑scale infrastructure.
  • Healthcare experience preferred but not required.

Compensation & Perks:

  • Base salary up to $175K
  • 10% annual bonus (standard, non‑negotiable)
  • Relocation: Up to $12K
  • Hybrid: 3 days onsite weekly for the first 6-12 months
  • Remote Path: Eligible once roadmap is set + relationships built
  • Flex: Local preferred; relocation supported - or additional base to support hotel/travel until remote
