seeking a qualified Graphic Designer with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience. The contractor will support the Office of Early Childhood Education by developing high-quality visual and communication materials.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Design documents, flyers, infographics, conference programs, social media graphics, and other communication materials.
- Meet with the Office of Early Childhood Education to understand project requirements, goals, and final delivery formats (print, digital, ePub, etc.).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to schedule projects while meeting timelines, budget constraints, and agency communication plans.
- Establish print production specifications and work with vendors to ensure high-quality final output.
- Create or integrate illustrations, images, and layouts that reflect the intended theme and tone.
- Select appropriate typography, colors, and layouts to enhance readability and visual appeal.
- Produce design drafts and revise materials based on feedback.
- Ensure all final deliverables comply with agency branding guidelines and style standards.

Required Skills & Experience
Candidates must meet the following minimum qualifications to be considered:
