We're Clash Creation - a UK media agency that turns founders into cultural authorities. Over 1 billion views. £50M+ in earned media value. Clients include CEOs, investors, and entrepreneurs building personal brands that open doors.

We're building a dedicated Pakistan creative team. Not freelancers. Not project-based contractors. A core team that grows with us.

The Work

You'll create content for premium clients: founders, executives, and thought leaders across the UK, US, and beyond. The work is varied:

• Short-form vertical content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)
• Long-form YouTube and podcast edits
• Speaker reels and media kits
• Carousels and platform-native content
• Horizontal brand films and documentaries

This isn't template work. Every client has a different story, voice, and audience.

We make content for billions, on behalf of clients - not content for clients. You're a storyteller no matter the medium, an artist no matter the stage. You understand every project, no matter how small, as your own. You think less "what does my boss want?" and more "what would capture me?"

Management handles client feedback to keep limitations out of the brilliant minds of the creative team as much as possible. Your job is to make great work.

We are currently looking to fill two roles, both requiring a more than reasonable amount of experience and proficiency. Whether this experience is professional, or passion projects, what matters to us is a love for your craft, a never-ending appetite to develop and refine your skillset, and the creative fire to prove yourself as an artist. Middleweight Video Editor

• Premiere Pro as your primary tool
• After Effects & Photoshop in daily use
• Strong working knowledge of the entire Adobe Suite
• Editing for story, pacing, and emotion - not just assembly
• Solid grasp of sound mixing and music that serves narrative
• You have a reason for every cut
• Comfortable with vertical and horizontal deliverables
• Focused on performance and results - views, watch time, engagement
• Comfortable working as part of a team, not in isolation

Motion Designer

• Advanced After Effects expertise
• Confident with expressions and MoGRT rigging
• Strong animation fundamentals - timing, easing, hierarchy
• Motion that supports story, not motion for its own sake
• Open to AI-enhanced workflows built on traditional skill
• Strong technical foundation across the Adobe Suite
