We are looking to fill this role immediately and are reviewing applications daily. Expect a fast, transparent process with quick feedback.
Why join us?
We are a European deep-tech leader in quantum and AI, backed by major global strategic investors and strong EU support. Our groundbreaking technology is already transforming how AI is deployed worldwide — compressing large language models by up to 95% without losing accuracy and cutting inference costs by 50–80%.
Joining us means working on cutting-edge solutions that make AI faster, greener, and more accessible — and being part of a company often described as a “quantum-AI unicorn in the making.”
We offer
- Competitive annual salary
- Two unique bonuses: signing bonus at incorporation and retention bonus at contract completion.
- Relocation package (if applicable).
- Fixed-term contract ending in June 2026.
- Hybrid role and flexible working hours.
- Be part of a fast-scaling Series B company at the forefront of deep tech.
- Equal pay guaranteed.
- International exposure in a multicultural, cutting-edge environment.
We are hiring an AI Security & Governance Architect to design and own the security, privacy, and compliance layer for enterprise AI and LLM usage across our platform. This role will define how AI interactions are governed, monitored, and audited in regulated environments, ensuring customers can safely adopt AI while meeting compliance requirements (e.g., SOC 2, GDPR).
You will work closely with software engineers, LLM engineers, and platform teams to translate regulatory, security, and privacy requirements into enforceable, scalable technical controls without introducing application-level friction or latency.
Key Responsibilities
AI Governance & Security Architecture
- Design governance controls for AI/LLM usage as backend infrastructure (VPC-level, server-side).
- Define policies for data visibility, classification, retention, redaction, and access across AI workflows.
- Lead threat modeling for AI systems (prompt leakage, data exfiltration, shadow AI usage, model misuse).

- Map platform capabilities to compliance frameworks (SOC 2, GDPR, ISO 27001, HIPAA where applicable).
- Define audit-grade evidence requirements and immutable logging strategies.
- Partner with auditors, legal, and security teams to ensure controls meet enterprise and regulatory expectations.
- Establish data minimization and purpose-limitation policies for AI interactions.
- Define handling of PII, sensitive data, and regulated data types within AI pipelines.
- Advise on anonymization, pseudonymization, encryption, and retention strategies.
- Collaborate with LLM engineers to define semantic data classification and policy enforcement logic.
- Partner with platform engineers to embed governance controls without requiring application refactors.
- Support product and sales teams with security documentation, customer trust materials, and technical explanations.
Technical & Domain Expertise
- 2+ years in security architecture, privacy engineering, compliance engineering, or governance roles.
- Hands-on experience designing security controls for cloud-native systems (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong understanding of data protection regulations (GDPR, SOC 2; HIPAA a plus).
- Familiarity with AI/ML or LLM systems, including data flows, prompts, embeddings, and inference pipelines.
