You’ll also provide pivotal support across the wider Talent & Culture team.

This is a hands-on role for someone experienced in administering the Cornerstone LMS, who thrives on organisation, data accuracy, and keeping multiple priorities moving at pace.

Combining strong system and reporting capability with a supportive, colleague-focused approach, helping ensure learning is delivered consistently, reliably, and on time across the business.

Base salary: up to £27500 dependent on suitability.

This role supports inclusive ways of working, allowing remote work from anywhere in the UK and accommodating different working arrangements.

What we look for in you as a Learning Co-Ordinator

  • Proven experience administering the Cornerstone Learning Management System, including uploads, assignments, curriculums, communications, and reporting
  • Strong data and reporting capability, with advanced Excel skills and a sharp eye for accuracy and compliance
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A detail-focused administrator who takes ownership of processes and continuously looks for ways to improve them
  • A supportive team player with a colleague-first mindset, comfortable working independently and as part of a wider team

What you’ll get up to as a Learning Co-Ordinator

  • Managing the end-to-end administration of mandatory and ad-hoc learning, ensuring training is uploaded, assigned, communicated, and delivered on time
  • Maintaining and improving the Cornerstone LMS, including content, curriculums, assignments, user functionality, release management, and data quality
  • Monitoring completions and overdue learning, resolving data issues, and owning the accuracy of learning records
  • Producing regular and ad-hoc learning reports using Cornerstone, Excel, and Power BI to provide insight into compliance, trends, and risks
  • Supporting internal and external audits through accurate, well-maintained learning records and reporting
  • Coordinating virtual and face-to-face learning events and managing the Learning inbox across PPG
  • Administering onboarding learning journeys, including welcome communications and new-starter set-up
  • Managing external learning requests, purchase orders, approvals, and tracking
  • Supporting Quarterly Awards and providing ad-hoc administrative support across People, Talent & Culture
  • Reviewing, documenting, and improving learning administration and reporting processes to drive efficiency and consistency
  • Supporting Talent, Engagement, and wider Talent & Culture programmes and maintaining the Talent & Culture MI dashboard.
