About The Opportunity
We operate in the healthcare analytics and SaaS sector, building data-driven products and marketing that help payers, providers, and life sciences teams improve outcomes and financial performance. We're hiring a remote Creative Director to lead brand and product creative across digital channels, product UI, content, and campaign production for a fast-moving analytics platform serving the US healthcare market.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and own the creative vision for brand, product, and demand programs—translate strategy into high-impact visual and narrative systems that resonate with healthcare and enterprise audiences.
- Lead, coach, and scale a geographically distributed creative team (design, copy, motion) and manage external agencies to deliver consistent, on-brand work on deadline.
- Conceptualize and direct integrated campaigns (digital, video, events, content) that increase brand awareness, accelerate pipeline, and support product adoption.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines, design systems, and reusable templates to ensure visual consistency across web, product UI, presentations, and sales enablement materials.
- Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Data teams to turn complex healthcare analytics into clear, persuasive stories and user experiences.
- Oversee production planning, vendor selection, budgets, and quality control for photography, motion, and large creative projects.

Must-Have
- Proven experience leading creative for B2B SaaS or enterprise technology brands, ideally in healthcare or adjacent regulated industries.
- Portfolio demonstrating strategic brand work, integrated campaigns, product UI assets, and storytelling that drove measurable outcomes.
- Track record managing and mentoring multi-disciplinary creative teams and external agencies.
- Strong stakeholder collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Revenue teams to align creative to business objectives.
- Comfort operating in fast, metrics-driven environments with tight timelines and iterative release cycles.
- Available to work US time zones and manage a fully remote creative operation.
- Experience building or maintaining design systems for product and marketing convergence.
- Direct experience producing motion design and video for enterprise audiences.
