Job Description
Title: UX Designer
Duration: 6-12 month contract to hire/perm
Location: 100% remote
Contract Type: W2
Compensation: $60-65hr - depending on level of experience
Desired Skills:
- 5+ years of professional digital product, UI/UX, or web design experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing appealing, modern, customer-centric design work.
- Experience designing for eCommerce platforms using tools like Shopify and Adobe Experience Manager
- Experience collaborating with engineering teams and understanding front-end/back-end constraints.
- Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) — configuration knowledge a strong plus.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Adobe core modules, adobe target, adobe analytics, adobe customer journey, adobe journey optimizer
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Figma for design is preferred

- Collaborate closely with product teams, developers, and other designers to ensure consistent digital brand execution.

- Support configuration and implementation of design elements within AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) and Shopify eCommerce environments.
- Partner with engineering teams using Adobe’s front-end and back-end capabilities (AEM, Adobe Target, Adobe Customer Experience).
- Contribute to UX/UI best practices that drive improved customer engagement and higher online sales.
- Participate in design reviews and present work to stakeholders with clarity and strategy.
- Maintain cohesive visual standards and design systems across all digital channels.
