Digital Marketing Specialist (Remote, United States)

About The Opportunity

We are hiring a remote Digital Marketing Specialist to own end-to-end digital campaigns that drive qualified pipeline and measurable ROI. This role blends paid media, SEO, content amplification, email automation, and analytics to optimize the customer journey across acquisition and activation channels.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid search and social campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn to maximize leads and reduce cost-per-acquisition.
  • Execute on-page and technical SEO tactics to increase organic visibility and support content marketing objectives.
  • Build and manage lead-nurture flows and lifecycle campaigns using marketing automation to improve activation and retention metrics.
  • Instrument and maintain analytics, tagging, and conversion tracking (GA4, GTM); produce weekly/monthly performance reports and actionable insights.
  • Run A/B tests and landing page experiments to lift conversion rates and inform creative and messaging decisions.
  • Collaborate with content, product, and sales teams to align campaign strategy with GTM priorities and revenue goals.
