Job Description
The Digital Marketing Manager will support and execute numerous digital marketing activities and creative outputs that support a variety of FullWell’s customer-facing efforts. This role will report to and partner with our Director of Digital Marketing across on-site optimization, customer-facing communications, lifecycle and retention efforts, and digital design. The Digital Marketing Manager will work primarily within our Shopify ecosystem and Klaviyo to support our messaging, retention, and growth efforts.
This role will be responsible for executing on landing page construction, PDP asset creation, A/B testing on-site, CRM management and execution, and ad hoc design efforts. This is a highly collaborative role that will partner with marketing and e-comm team members. This position requires technical familiarity and proficiency with multiple e-commerce platforms, as well as a high level of creative aptitude in Adobe, Canva, and/or Figma.
CRM Execution and Management:
- Write and design weekly email campaigns for predetermined segments using Adobe, Figma, or HTML
- Execute all campaign sends, flow set-ups, and ongoing optimization as needed
- Monitor and report on base KPIs for performance: open rate, CTR, unsub, attributed revenue
- Create on-site pop-ups and embed forms to support acquisition efforts and/or promotions
- Build logic for flows and segments
- Monitor overall account health including deliverability, list growth rate and hygiene, engagement, and more
On-Site Execution:
- Construct landing pages as needed to support paid and CRM efforts
- Run AB tests under guidance of Digital Marketing Director to best optimize performance
- Report on results from test efforts
- Create PDP assets (graphics) as needed to support new product launches, optimization, and more

Design:
- Assist with graphic design on social posts
- Design assets for PLPs and LPs or more as needed
- Ad hoc design for marketing materials (postcards, pamphlets, etc.)
- Support on minor packaging adjustments as needed and/or project management
Role Requirements:
- ~3 years of experience in digital marketing roles with applicable experience
- Previous design experience with Adobe and/or Figma and Canva (HTML for email design okay, too)
- Understanding of basic design principles and applications across both web and print mediums
- Strong familiarity with Klaviyo
- Familiarity with reporting and basic performance analysis for CRM and web
- Previous experience with Shopify theme modification and landing page builds
- Comfort stretching where needed and learning new platforms/skills
