Job Description
Position: Sr. IAM Engineer
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 6 month contract to hire (Not Available on C2C)
Pay Range: $55-$65 an hour on W2
Interview Process: 2 Rounds
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years hands-on experience in IAM engineering and operations
- Proven expertise with multiple federation platforms (Ping, Okta, Entra, Descope, etc.)
- Strong understanding of SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, and identity architecture patterns
- Ability to design and deliver enterprise IAM integrations at scale
- Automation experience with Python, Ansible, Terraform, or similar
- Hands-on experience with Azure AD/Entra, and/or GCP IAM
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and secure development practices
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical thinking, and mentorship abilities

Bonus / Preferred Experience
- Certifications: CISSP, CCSP, Okta Certified, Ping Identity Certified
- Experience with Identity Governance (IGA) platforms (SailPoint, Saviynt)
- Experience with Privileged Access Management (CyberArk, BeyondTrust)
- Multi-cloud identity security experience
- Familiarity with Zero Trust frameworks and passwordless authentication
- Experience designing IAM for high-volume consumer applications

- Architect and implement secure, scalable IAM solutions for consumer-facing applications
