Crypto Community Marketing & Digital Marketing Specialist

Community Marketing & Digital Marketing (Remote)

We are expanding our marketing team and looking for two separate roles to support our crypto / crypto gambling/gambling projects.

Both positions are fully remote and focused on organic growth and user engagement.

Role 1: Community Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow online communities across Telegram, Discord, X (Twitter), forums
• Engage with users daily, answer questions, moderate discussions, and maintain community health
• Plan and execute AMAs, community campaigns, and engagement activities
• Work with KOLs, ambassadors, and core community members for seeding and advocacy
• Collect community insights and feedback to support marketing and product teams

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in Community Marketing
• Hands-on experience with crypto / gambling projects (must-have)
• Strong understanding of crypto/gambling community dynamics

• Good English communication skills (written & spoken)
• Comfortable working remotely and independently

Role 2: Digital Marketing Specialist (Organic Focus)

Responsibilities

• SEO: conduct keyword research, manage content SEO, and optimize on-page elements
• CRM & Email Marketing:
• Set up and manage email campaigns (nurture, retention, reactivation)
• User segmentation and basic automation
• Social Media (Organic):
• Plan and manage organic social content
• Collaborate closely with community and content teams
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics such as traffic, engagement, and retention

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing / SEO / CRM
• Experience working on crypto / gambling projects (must-have)
• Solid understanding of SEO and organic social strategies
• Strong English skills (reading, writing, speaking, listening)
• Ability to work remotely and manage priorities independently

Compensations:

• Total package: USD 1,500 – 2,000 / month
• Includes base salary + performance-based commission scheme
• High performers have strong upside through commissions
