This role leads the strategic vision and execution of talent acquisition for a fast-growing SaaS organization. You will design scalable hiring strategies, partner with executives and business leaders, and build a high-performing recruitment function that supports rapid growth while maintaining a high standard of talent quality and cultural fit. You will combine analytical rigor, SaaS hiring expertise, and hands-on leadership to anticipate hiring needs, optimize processes, and coach a team of recruiters to deliver exceptional outcomes. Accountabilities
- Own and evolve the company-wide talent acquisition strategy to support rapid, sustainable growth.
- Partner with executive leadership and functional leaders to forecast hiring needs, set priorities, and align recruiting with business objectives.
- Translate business plans into hiring models, capacity plans, timelines, and start-date forecasts.
- Build, coach, and lead a high-performing recruiting team, ensuring execution excellence and accountability.
- Establish clear operating rhythms, scalable processes, and career paths for the talent acquisition organization.
- Strengthen employer branding through compelling storytelling, candidate engagement, and proactive pipeline development.
- Oversee TA technology, ATS systems, and analytics to optimize recruiting effectiveness and compliance.
- Analyze recruiting KPIs, funnel performance, and quality-of-hire metrics to continuously improve outcomes.
- Proven experience leading talent acquisition in a high-growth SaaS company, scaling headcount 40–60%+ YoY.
- Deep knowledge of SaaS talent landscapes, including technical, GTM (Sales, CS, Marketing), and leadership roles.
- Strong strategic thinker, able to anticipate business needs and design scalable hiring solutions.
- Data-driven, with experience using ATS and HRIS data to guide decision-making and optimize processes.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and develop recruiting teams while maintaining a high hiring bar.
- Exceptional communication skills and confidence partnering with executives and senior leadership.
- Proactive recruiter with a passion for sourcing, relationship-building, and identifying top talent.
- Strong leadership presence, collaboration skills, and a commitment to improving hiring practices.
