About the role:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented System Administrator to manage day-to-day access and act as the first line of technical support across the business. This fully remote role ensures employees have secure and seamless access to the tools they need, while troubleshooting system issues and escalating complex problems to relevant technical teams.
What you'll do:
• Manage user access across all core systems, including email (Google Workspace), Monday.com, Google Drive, Slack, 1Password, and other SaaS tools as needed.
• Own end-to-end onboarding and offboarding for employees and contractors.
• Maintain role-based access and permissions, regularly auditing for security and compliance.

• Act as the first point of contact for system-related bugs or technical issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve common access, permission, and configuration issues.
• Document issues, resolutions, and recurring problems.
• Escalate unresolved or complex issues to internal or external technical teams.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation for systems, access procedures, and workflows.
• Identify opportunities to improve system reliability, security, and internal processes.
What we're looking for:
• Proven experience in a System Administrator, IT Support, or similar role.
• Hands-on experience managing SaaS tools (Google Workspace, Slack, project management tools, password managers).
