This role is responsible for creating visually compelling and technically precise assets for retail, e-commerce, and marketing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality output. You will adapt creative toolkits into a variety of digital and physical materials while collaborating closely with Art Directors and cross-functional teams. The position requires strong attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to iterate quickly under tight deadlines. You will manage version control, asset packaging, and quality assurance processes to ensure seamless delivery to internal and client teams. The role offers a dynamic, remote work environment with opportunities to contribute to high-impact campaigns across multiple brands and channels. Accountabilities
- Adapt creative toolkits into diverse assets, including PDP images, display ads, email modules, in-store signage, circulars, and shelf blades.
- Ensure brand consistency, visual precision, and adherence to retailer design systems and technical specifications.
- Execute both static and basic dynamic versions of assets as required.
- Assemble, design, and revise commerce campaign toolkits based on key visuals.
- Design and edit professional presentation slide decks when needed.
- Conduct thorough quality control checks to ensure production-ready files.
- Manage version control, file organization, asset naming, and hand-off packaging.
- Collaborate with Art Directors and senior team members to interpret briefs and deliver high-quality outputs on time.
- Use established workflow, communication, and asset-management systems to maintain operational consistency.
- Identify inconsistencies or missing toolkit elements and flag issues for resolution.

- 3+ years of graphic design experience within retail, e-commerce, shopper marketing, or CPG environments.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Figma and After Effects is a plus.
- Proven ability to create retailer-ready assets with high attention to detail, consistency, and technical accuracy.
- Experience working in structured workflows, following detailed guidelines, and managing multiple asset versions.
- Interest in and knowledge of AI tools and evolving design platforms.
- Strong communication skills and comfort working in remote, distributed teams.
- Ability to adapt quickly, incorporate feedback, and pivot under shifting priorities.
