Job Description
We are looking for Continuous Improvement Engineer who will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and implementing improvements in manufacturing and business processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality. The role supports the implementation of Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and support continuous improvement projects across production and support departments.
- Analyze current operational processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Implement Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma tools.
- Work cross-functionally to drive a culture of continuous improvement.
- Monitor and report progress on CI initiatives to management.
- Provide training and support to staff on CI tools and practices.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
- With at least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or operations environment.
- Hands-on experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies.
- With working experience in data analysis and process optimization.
- With strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Knowledgeable in tools like Tableau Excel, or similar statistical software
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams
