Optomi, in partnership with a leading entertainment organization, is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to support hands-on messaging execution, optimization, and experimentation across digital channels. This is an opportunity for a marketing operations professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys owning campaigns from solution design through deployment and analysis.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented, technically curious, and comfortable rolling up their sleeves to build and optimize messaging directly within platforms like Braze or similar tools. Youโll play a critical role in ensuring high-quality user experiences through rigorous QA, experimentation, and collaboration with globally distributed teams.
Youโll work closely with marketers, analytics partners, and fellow marketing operations specialists to deliver scalable, high-impact messaging solutions across email, push, and in-app channels.

What you bring
- 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, analytics, or equivalent applied roles
- 1+ year of experience working in Agile team environments
- Hands-on experience with Braze or similar messaging platforms
- Applied coding experience with template scripting languages (e.g., Liquid, Handlebars)
- Strong understanding of messaging best practices across email, push, and in-app
- Experience designing and conducting experiments to minimize bias
- High attention to detail with the ability to identify potential bugs or issues
- Strong written communication skills for documentation, solution design, and insights
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills across globally diverse teams
- Curious, analytical mindset with a drive for continuous improvement
- Ability to be on-call during business-critical launches
- Undergraduate degree in business, technology, or a quantitative discipline (or equivalent experience)
