Unduit Talent Services is hiring for a U.S.-based enterprise client seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager to handle workplace issues, foster positive employee experiences, and ensure compliance across our pan-European remote workforce. - Handle employee relations cases, grievances, conflicts, and performance following EU laws like GDPR.
- Guide disciplinary actions, terminations, and restructurings under EU rules and collective agreements.
- Create and deliver training on diversity, inclusion, anti-harassment, and remote work for EU teams.
- Collaborate with HR and leaders on engagement, surveys, and retention for remote EU staff.
- Investigate complaints (bullying, discrimination) and prepare compliance reports across the EU.
- Track employee relations trends and suggest improvements to support remote operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in HR, Law, Business, or related; CIPD or EU certification preferred.
- 5+ years in employee relations or HR advisory; 2+ years in EU or remote roles.
- Strong knowledge of EU employment law, including GDPR and national specifics (Germany, France, Netherlands).
- Experience with multilingual, cross-border cases; fluent in English plus one EU language (German, French, Spanish).
- Skilled in conflict resolution, investigations, and managing remote teams.
- EU work authorization, EU residency, and strong digital skills for virtual collaboration.
