About The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Unity Developer to join our compact, experienced team in Limassol.
You’ll work closely with the team on a new mobile title at an early stage — clean architecture, no legacy code, and a strong focus on gameplay systems and long-term technical quality.
The role is hands-on and system-oriented. We’re looking for someone comfortable making architectural decisions and building maintainable gameplay systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop mobile games from prototype to release using Unity and C#.
- Design, implement, and maintain gameplay systems with clean, scalable architecture.
- Actively use dependency injection to build modular, testable systems.
- Integrate platform features and services where needed.
- Work with online or networked features when applicable.
- Collaborate closely with designers, artists, and producers inside a small team.
- Work with QA to ensure stable, high-quality releases.
- Contribute to technical decisions and the long-term direction of the project.

- Strong Unity / C# development skills and solid understanding of game architecture.
- 5+ years of professional game development experience.
- Hands-on experience with dependency injection (required).
- Experience with mobile platforms and performance optimization.
- Ability to work independently while staying tightly aligned with the team.
- Clear communication, ownership mindset, and attention to detail.
