Anduril Industries is seeking a motivated Test and Evaluation Engineer to support critical test campaigns for our Connected Warfare Systems—Eagle Eye, the Army’s Next Generation Command & Control (NGC2) system, Menace of Family of Systems, and related cutting-edge products. This is an ideal role for a junior to mid-level engineer eager to work on developmental and operational testing across integrated software and hardware systems.
Overview
- Contribute to Test Campaigns: Assist in planning, executing, and reporting on system integration, developmental, and operational tests.
- Collaborative Environment: Work closely with cross-functional engineering teams, program management, and government partners.
- Growth and Learning: Gain practical experience in lab-based (HITL) testing and field validation in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Support Test Campaigns
- Assist in developing and executing test plans for Eagle Eye and other Connected Warfare products.
- Help gather test data, analyze performance, and compile reports to provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate in Test Readiness Reviews and document issues, deviations, and corrective actions.
- Work with engineering teams to ensure traceability from requirements through verification and validation.
- Participate in both lab-based test setups and field validation testing to support system improvements.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Electrical, Computer, or a related Engineering discipline.
- Experience in test and evaluation, either through relevant work experience or internships/projects.
- Basic understanding of requirements development, test planning, and data analysis.
- Strong written and verbal skills; ability to collaborate across teams.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.
- Familiarity with RF communications, tactical datalinks, or C2 systems.
- Exposure to lab-based testing or field testing environments.
- Hands-on experience with test instrumentation and data analysis tools.
- Interest in learning DoD test protocols and industry best practices.

US Salary Range
$113,000—$141,000 USD
