ADVANCE®AI is an exciting new technology-based SaaS company in the pharmaceutical service sector. Our core service has been developed in collaboration with IBM, the original innovators in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and still one of the world’s leaders in continually developing this technology. ADVANCE®AI provides pharma leaders everyday visibility of the quality of the conversations taking place between their field-based teams and Health Care Professionals (HCPs).


We now have an exciting opportunity to join a rapid growth company that is significantly changing the way pharmaceutical companies collect and analyse field insights, quantifying and benchmarking field execution quality in real time. Although our Head Office is based in Cambridgeshire, UK, this role is fully remote and involves collaborating full-time with a global team that is committed, high achieving, and fun to work with.


This is a high-impact role at the heart of our growth journey. As Training & Onboarding Manager, you’ll design and deliver exceptional onboarding and training experiences for both internal teams and external partners. You will be responsible for preparing and delivering effective onboarding programs and high-quality internal and external training that strengthen capability across the organization. You will ensure that both internal employees and external partners receive consistent, accurate and impactful onboarding and learning experiences.  


What You’ll Be Responsible for:


• Review, enhance, and deliver engaging onboarding programmes for internal and external audiences across all regions

• Coordinate pre-arrival logistics and lead Day 1 orientation and integration experiences

• Manage onboarding schedules and provide hands-on support throughout the early weeks of employment

• Maintain clear, standardized onboarding documentation, templates, and processes

• Design, update, and deliver high-quality training materials and sessions (virtual and live)

• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and support workforce readiness

• Own and manage the internal and external training & onboarding calendar, including logistics and resources

• Support managers in accelerating new hire ramp-up and effectiveness

• Continuously improve onboarding and training programmes to enhance operational performance and scalability


What We’re Looking For:


• 2–5 years’ experience in Training, Learning & Development, or Onboarding roles

• Proven success designing and delivering onboarding and training programmes in a corporate or professional services environment

• Experience managing training schedules, materials, and resources across multiple teams

• Familiarity with digital learning platforms, LMS systems, and eLearning tools

• Strong understanding of L&D principles, methodologies, and best practices

• Confident facilitator with excellent presentation skills (virtual and in-person)

• Knowledge of structured onboarding processes, from pre-arrival to role integration

• Ability to align training initiatives with business goals and strategic direction

• Highly adaptable, proactive problem-solver comfortable in a fast-changing environment

• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

• You will be based either in the UK or the EU
