$150K-$250K Base + Equity + Benefits
Remote (U.S.) → Onsite in Las Vegas (after 3-6 months)

• Lead projects end-to-end from architecture through production

• 5+ years of full-stack experience in cloud-native environments

• Strong backend skills (Rust, Go, Node.js, or Python)

• Strong frontend skills (React, Next.js, or similar)

• Experience building APIs, microservices, and scalable systems

• Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure

• Familiarity with CI/CD, containers, and modern DevOps practices

• Comfortable working across backend, infrastructure, data, and frontend layers
  
  

• Experience with observability tooling (Grafana, Prometheus, etc.)

• Experience building real-time dashboards or monitoring systems
