Responsibilities
The Quality Assurance & Testing Lead will be responsible for all quality assurance & testing as it pertains to the Business Continuity Disaster Recovery (BCP DR) Project to successfully deliver and execute testing for the project. DR BCP specific responsibilities may include:

- Comprehensive DR test plan covering all applications.

- Test scripts, including connectivity, workflow continuity, and integration tests.

Required
- Ability to coordinate across IT teams, business analysts and product/business owner to gain an understanding of applications and the testing needs.
- Skilled in building and maintaining a comprehensive Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM) that links requirements to validation outcomes.
- Proven ability to design effective test scenarios and test cases that fully cover key functional and DR-specific requirements.
- Adept at validating large, interconnected application environments with numerous upstream/downstream dependencies.
- Strong capability in developing structured, end‑to‑end test plans aligned to DR testing objectives.
- Outstanding written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work independently as needed to meet quality deliverables.
- Proficiency with Jira for test management, defect tracking, and reporting.
