Web Developer for AI Systems

Role Overview

We are hiring Web Developers on behalf of a client to support the development, evaluation, and improvement of advanced Artificial Intelligence systems.

In this role, you will create, review, and improve web development– and programming-related content, as well as evaluate AI-generated code for quality and correctness.

This position requires the ability to clearly explain technical concepts in written Spanish, with working proficiency in English. It is a fully remote, flexible opportunity suited for professionals with strong programming and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and review web development and computer science content used to train AI models
• Evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, clarity, efficiency, and adherence to best practices
• Identify logical errors, inconsistencies, and performance issues in AI outputs
• Provide clear, structured, and actionable feedback to improve AI reasoning and responses

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related technical field
• Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, Java, JavaScript, or C++
• Professional proficiency in Spanish for written technical communication
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in web development, backend development, or full-stack engineering
• Working proficiency in English

Compensation

• Hourly compensation ranging from USD $15–$32, based on experience and task complexity
• Payments issued weekly via supported payout platforms
• Total monthly earnings depend on hours worked
• Contractors are responsible for applicable taxes and statutory obligations
