Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Karachi for a Technical Team Manager. The Technical Team Manager will oversee and manage a team of professionals, providing technical hands on guidance and support to drive project success. Responsibilities include coordinating project timelines, ensuring the delivery of high-quality technical data integration solutions, conducting alternative solution and development, and addressing technical challenges. The role also involves fostering effective team collaboration, managing resources, and contributing to strategic decision-making processes.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Technical and Delivery Team Management, including the ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Strong technical background with experience in providing Technical Support and addressing complex technical challenges.
• Proficiency in Research and Development (R&D) to innovate and develop new technical strategies and solutions.
• Exceptional IT & Project Management and Analytical Skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
• Strong data knowledge, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in digital transformation, AI, or software development is highly beneficial.

This is a versatile role. After one year of employment in this position, the candidate may be considered for relocation to the UAE or the Riyadh office, subject to business demand. If the employee remains in the Karachi office for more than 18 months and successfully achieves all milestones, they will qualify for additional benefits.
