Job Description The Successful Applicant
- Market Activation & Planning
- Lead distributors in the development of annual and monthly activation calendars.
- Identify high‑impact activation opportunities for each brand (e.g., cultural moments, festivals, lifestyle events).
- Set KPIs, track performance, and evaluate the effectiveness of key activities.
- Manage planning and logistics for brand immersion trips (e.g., Mexico visits).
- Market Reporting & Reviews
- Deliver monthly marketing updates for key markets, highlighting performance, insights, and best practices.
- Conduct weekly alignment calls with the Asia Head of Marketing to share progress and propose new ideas.
- Budget & AMP Spend Management
- Monitor distributor AMP spending and ensure claims are supported, justified, and compliant.
- Validate invoices, evaluate cost efficiency, and prevent over‑claims.
- Creative & Brand Stewardship
- Own the development of localized creative assets and toolkits (e.g., local campaigns, festive themes).
- Approve customized outlet visibility materials, permanent signages, and POSM (glassware, shot trays, coasters, etc.).
- Safeguard brand equity, ensuring all executions follow global guidelines.
- Oversee distributor execution rather than executing activities directly.
- Market Opportunities & Tactical Initiatives
- Identify and propose tactical activation opportunities across on‑trade and off‑trade channels.
- Evaluate sponsorships, festivals, and new partnership opportunities to drive brand relevance.
- Recommend initiatives to strengthen brand presence during key seasonal moments.
- Digital Content Oversight
- Partner with agencies and distributors in Vietnam, Philippines, Indonesia, Korea, and India to develop monthly digital content.
- Ensure all digital assets adhere to brand guidelines and align with offline campaign themes.
- Integrate online and offline efforts (e.g., promoting outlet events through social platforms).
- Distributor & Team Capability Building
- Deliver brand and product training for distributor teams, focusing on guidelines, strategy, and consumer targeting.
- Train key leaders ("train the trainer") rather than serving as an on‑ground brand ambassador.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in BTL marketing for FMCG or lifestyle consumer brands.
- Strong brand management fundamentals and hands‑on activation experience.
- Highly self‑sufficient, resourceful, and solutions‑oriented.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to identify new opportunities independently.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
