Your new role

As a Senior/Principal AI Security Expert, you will move beyond theory to actively secure AI systems across their entire development lifecycle. Your role will involve:

• Designing and implementing end-to-end security architectures and risk mitigation frameworks for AI systems.
• Leading red teaming exercises and designing experiments to discover novel attack vectors against classical ML and Transformer models.
• Developing proactive adversarial attack methodologies and tools for rigorous security testing.
• Building and shipping robust guardrails to prevent prompt injection, context confusion, and harmful model outputs.
• Collaborating across engineering and data science teams to integrate security-by-design into the AI development pipeline.
• Mentoring the wider team and setting the strategic technical direction for AI safety and integrity.

What you'll need to succeed

We are looking for a hands-on technical leader who thinks like an attacker but builds like a defender.

• Education: A PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Cybersecurity (or a Master’s with 10+ years of high-level professional experience).
• Experience: A minimum of 10 years in cybersecurity or ML, with at least 8 years in a senior technical leadership capacity.
• Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in adversarial ML (FGSM, PGD, C&W) and a comprehensive understanding of Transformer-based vulnerabilities.
• Coding & Frameworks: High proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow, alongside a strong grasp of cryptography and privacy-preserving techniques.
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in identifying and remediating critical vulnerabilities in production-level AI systems, ideally supported by published research or industry contributions.
