Purpose of the Role

We’re looking for a Frontend Engineer to help us build and evolve our mobile applications using React Native.

In this role you’ll implement product features for iOS and Android, translating designs and requirements into high-quality, maintainable code. You’ll collaborate closely with Design, Backend, and QA to deliver features end to end, with testing as a core part of the definition of done.

What You’ll Own

• Build frontend features in React Native for iOS and Android
• Translate designs and product requirements into clean, maintainable code
• Reuse existing components and patterns, contributing improvements when needed
• Write frontend tests (unit, integration, and UI where applicable)
• Validate behaviour locally and ensure features meet acceptance criteria
• Consume backend APIs following established data and state management patterns

• Collaborate closely with Design, Backend, QA, and Product to deliver end to end
• Participate in code reviews, raise concerns early, and continuously improve quality

Ideal Profile

• Solid experience building production frontend features in React Native (JS/TS)
• Strong focus on code quality, consistency, and maintainability
• Experience writing and maintaining frontend automated tests
• Confidence consuming APIs and working with shared data contracts
• Pragmatic engineering mindset, balancing simplicity, scalability, and delivery
• Comfortable working within established patterns while contributing improvements
• Collaborative and clear communicator in cross-functional, agile teams
• Growth mindset with openness to feedback and continuous learning
