Key Responsibilities
Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned technical and AI roles, ensuring a high-quality and consistent candidate experience
Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, success criteria, and structured interview plans

Accountabilities

Requirements

  • 4 to 7 years of experience recruiting for technical roles, including engineers or AI-focused profiles
  • Proven experience hiring in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments
  • Strong sourcing capabilities with confidence engaging and nurturing passive candidates
  • Ability to understand technical roles deeply enough to screen effectively and guide hiring decisions
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous environments and building process from the ground up when needed
  • Strong sense of ownership, judgment, and partnership in supporting hiring managers and leadership
